So far it's like Lord of the Rings - without the cool action - alot of walking, looking for food and talking, jeeze I hope it picks up......

Read "The Road" a few months ago, I really enjoyed it. Quite a bleak read(as you would expect with the end of the world scenario), but has some really exciting parts through it.
Cant wait for the film, just hope they get it spot..

Nope they will "hollywerid" it up I'm shur. Just like the "happy" ending of I am Legend.(plot device # 342 "god told me") I liked the book with the twilight zone finish better.
