FYI - Get a fire/police scanner, next get all the local freqs. Also program in the FBI,CDC, Hazmat freqs as well. They would be talking about it on here way before the "media" gets ANY info. Also, good old CB will make a come back, good buddy!

Back in my day we didn't have any fancy celphones and crackberrys - We had CB's with a string and we were happy goldarn it! :~)  before the celphone craze everybody teenage kids,hunter,fisherman had a good cb with a "hunters amp" 50 watt booster. ( also note to self -never touch the antenna (again) while sitting in the truck AND keying the mike)
