Where do you think the show is going?  Hopefully in a positive direction.

Post here, place your bets, and win your "I Called It!" bragging rights.  But please warn any n00bs if you plan to reveal something from the comics.

As of now, these are the predictions people have thrown out that have not been proved right or wrong.  Remind me if I've forgotten any.

Yeah, I think they are going to hit the turbo on the storyline. Seems that way. We may end up in uncharted areas before it's thru.

.......
I would not be surprised if some of the people they lost were locked up in the barn witht he family hoping someone can come around with a cure.

I am curious to know hoe the "Walker" got into the well without any realizing. That being said if it was not a member of the residents of the farm, then it would be a random one wondering onto the farm. Does that mean that fence is down in an area that the "Walkers" can get through? I see a swarm hitting the farm before to long. I agree that the barn has some sort of foreshadowing.

As with Sofia, she may be a character that just disappears. The mother and Daryl will end up getting bit looking for her, and they get offed.

With the death of all of these characters I predict the farm girl that banged out jackie chan to join the group, being young and restless she will be more willing to be adventurous. especially after the hoard hitting up the farm.

I bet they end up in a prison. Also I hate how damn slow it's moving. They haven't done hardly anything. And I'm also not a fan of the few episodes where they literally only kill 1 zombie

I don't think they find the prison in this season, but I bet they allude to it in the previews for season 3.

Frankly considering the pace of the show, I hope they don't find the prison this season.

other than a few things here and there it seems to me there a chance there might not be any prison at all due to how loosely this show is now based on the comic. A certain character still being alive at this point is proof positive of that.

I've been waiting for the prison, too. I can't remember, though, but did the little girl die in the comic? It's been a good while since I've read the first three paperbacks.

no she kinda of becomes carl's girlfriend/stalker and was still alive as of the gated community arc.

Good start to the season....this is the spoilers page so here goes.

Nice shooting Rick taking out the guys in the bar.......what the fuck Glenn ever hear of backing a guy up.

Just a wild theory ....Lori gets kidnapped by friends of the guys Rick shot after demonstrating her superior driving skills.

Even after the end of the world, no more traffic, no other drivers, she can use both lanes of the road, and she still manages to hit a pedestrian and put her car into a ditch. Even after the ZPAW, please, don't let women drive.

lol @ Creepers comments..you are right never thought of that.

Loved it!

The whole thing.

I think it was a little crazy that Maggie said she loved Glenn, but like him I think she just said it to keep him around.  I would have thought the same thing if I were him.  It has only been a matter of a week or so that they even known each other.

Daryl calling Lori Olive Oil made me LOL.

That whole part of the story was dumb though.  Alright so we are going to send someone to go get Herschel because the girl is sick.....ok now we need to send someone to tell them to hurry up!?  What?

Loved the ending.  Rick is a bad ass when he wants to be and that is obvious.  Quick draw!

I think it was kind of obvious that they were foes when the fat dude decided to piss right there and talk about 'coos' and how he hadnt had any in weeks.  That would have sent bells off in my head...especially from a group that is on the road.

At first I thought they were funny...then it was obvious they wanted to throw down.  I do not get people like that..in these kind of scenarios.  It is the end of the world..there are plenty of 'people' to kill...why kill living people?

Herschel finally realizing he was wrong, bu then to dismiss his own daughter by saying he didn't want to go back?  I am guessing he was in shock.

The daughter will not be soo lucky IMO.  I think she was scratched by the mom when she went over crying.  She is infected and dropped because of that IMO.

In the previews we see hordes of zombies busting through the little wood fence around the farm so it is obvious the farm plot line is coming to a close.

We also saw Lori pull away from Rick when they were on the road so I am guessing they go back that way see Lori, get her out and she is ok, but have a feeling she lost the baby and she is pissed at Rick because she didnt think he should have went for Herschel in the first place which (for some inane reason) caused her to go tell him to hurry up which ened with her in a ditch.

So I think she will be fine, but within an episode or so we will find out the baby was lost.  They need a reson to dump Herschel IMO and Rick already told Olive Oil they need him around 'for the baby'.  Lose the baby no more need for Herschel.  I cannot imagine they want to keep him around.

I liked the scene between Carol and Shane....I am surprised his alpha male ass hasen't had sex with her as well.  My wife even commented on it during that scene saying 'I wonder how long before they hook up?'

If they are still at the farm 2 more episodes from now I will be dissapointed.  They really do need fresh scenery and fresh faces.  I thought for sure Carol was going to kill herself leaving open a spot for those guys they ran into at the bar.

So they go IMO, but is Herschel dead?  Does he go with them?  I am guessing Maggie comes along or maybe SHE is the shocker death in the upcomming episodes?  How about the rest of Herschels people?  I think the horde that gets into the farm kills all but Herschel, Maggie and maybe the young boy.  Herschel then offs himself and Maggie and the boy leave with the group.

These are all total guesses.  I have no idea what is coming.

I dislike Lori so much now that when she's on screen, I'm almost praying for her to do something redemptive so I can stomach watching her for another season (or more).

She does kind of suck.  Glenn was basically bowing at her feet saying he would do anything she needed him to do....offered his food to her etc etc and she turns around and curtly tells him 'I need you to be quite about this!'  like a real bitch.

I get why she is around and will deal with her as long as I get the occasional scene with Daryl in it.  And I do not car ehow bad people may think Shane is.  If Shane died I would be super pissed.

LOL I've really liked these last two episodes though.  This season 2.5 is looking like it might be pretty intense.

Just wondering. The guy stuck on the fence.
Leave him as is alive?
Shoot him?
Try to save him?

In that particular situation with walkers all around and less than a 50% chance he survives the trauma of a shredded leg. I would shoot him.

If there was no other danger around then I might try to save him.

Of course I loved the episode last night.

I liked how the shoot out was filmed and how the walkers were coming out of the mist.  The kid on the fence post....how the hell did that post go through his leg?  Did you see the top of it?  Really surprised they took that long to save him TBH.  I would have put one if his brain and took off immediately.  The inner Shane in me coming out I guess.

Glenn freezing up multiple times and saying it was because Maggie told him she loved him.

Lori had some big bruises on her abdomen area when her and Rick were undressing int he tent.  I am surprised noone has said anything about that yet.  I thought for sure when she took the shirt off they would pan to Ricks face looking at the bruise.

Daryl seems to be going a little crazy now that he does not have the girl to look for anymore.  They should lose another person so he can have a purpose.  He is LAYING into Carol.

Shane telling Andrea he should have left with her when he had the chance.  And laying it out to Lori telling her he loves her.  I think that is crap personally.  I think he needs something to hang on to or he really will lose his mind.  I hate to say it, but I think Shanes time is coming to an end.  He is a supreme bad ass we know that, but I think we are going to see just how bad ass Rick really is when he takes Shane down (just a guess).  It will cement Ricks place as the leader and take care of the problem with Shane.  Maybe it will just be a beat down that keeps Shane out of commission for awhile to give him time to reflect.  Maybe they show some a few flash backs from Shanes perspective....showing how much he respects and loves Rick which may calm him down a little.

Herschel finnaly calls them Walkers in the town.  He has finally come around it seems.  He was talking crazy in the bar...all over the place, but I am just chalking that up to shock mixed with drunk.  Herschel telling Shane that Rick talked him into letting Shane stay was an interesting tid bit.  The barn HAS to get overrun in the next episode doesn't it?  They have been showing those previews for 2 weeks.  Andrea running from a zombie, Carl pointing a gun at a walker, a big group of them coming through the wooden fence around the barn...etc etc.

Was T-Dog in the episode at all?  :cheeky:

The zombie trying to get through the windshield was pretty sweet.  All the skin peeling away while it tried to wriggle in.

What happened to Dale?  Not a big part of the last few episodes and he did always seem to have a level head about things.  Is Shane really getting that far under his skin?  It has to be that he hooked up with Andrea.  Has to.

Next weeks episode looks good.  Hopefully it ends the time at the farm.  I need new scenery for the show.
