Brewster.

He brings the giggles and I'm sure I would be crushing on him.

Bob the zombie.  He was great!  He didn't say much, but he sure had a 'zest' for unlife.

Mason, cause my first name is Mason. It's funny cause when i reading a conversation with him in it I think what he says.

Nah, General Sherman is such a bad ass sometimes He has such an authority and power to keep the morale up. (I find it funny that nobody said Anna)

I spent five years in the Army as a crew chief on an executive jet! We flew general officers (including admirals) around nearly every day. General Sherman is someone I can relate to because I flew men like him all the time. I'm not a natural leader, and I don't have a problem with that. Things are what they are, and not something else. General Sherman is a leader! So Sgt. Major Thomas. These characters are such a concrete foundation to the story.

A little story, once before the first gulf war I was flying general Swartzkopf up to Fort Lewis in Washington State. Now I didn't know him from Adam. He was just another General to me. He seemed like a nice guy on the plane. When we landed instead of taking off right away like most busy generals did he insisted on waiting for me to finish refueling the plane so that I could go with them (read he and his aide and the pilots) listen I was just a spec. (E4) four. I was nobody, but he had a way of making me feel like somebody!!

That's general Sherman, and that's just one reason I like the story line so much.

Thats awesome Joe....I have a short story too...I was doing a Flag Detail for General Tommy Franks office at FT Lostinthewoods...and ya know how it rolls...one guy fires the cannon...one guy lowers the flag, then the rest fold it up...blah blah blah, all in class A's looking sharp...the whole nine yards...bugles playing and shit..it was tight...anyways, I was the guy lowering Old Glory...and inside the cleat that the rope was wrapped around was a nice family of brown recluse spiders rofl...so Ive got my fingers, literally within 1/2 an inch of these brown recluses, and fucking General Franks standing behind me...and my platoon sergeant breathing down my neck, because he already gave us shit about not fucking any part of this up...I mean we practiced the whole "dance" for a few days, because we never done it before..well...long story short, I pulled it off without getting bit...I dont think Ive ever been so scared in my life, not of being bit per se, but of being bit and fucking the whole thing up....thats my only experience with a "famous" general

Hey that's a great nail biter story Kid. Once I said, "Good
Evening Sir" to the three star Sixth Army commander of the Presidio of San Francisco and it wasn't quite 5PM yet! He locked me up and chewed my ass for 15 minutes on getting my collective shit together!

I never made that mistake again!!!!!!!

Thats funny...because one time I was raking or some shit...and my company commander walked by and I stood up saluted him and layed on the old "Good morning sir", and something about the regiment,( i forget what we had to say to him)...it was 3 oclock in the afternoon...well, he did the complete opposite...he was SO happy that I had been bustin my ass so hard that I had no idea what time it actually was lmao...he actually shook my hand and shit...it was really cool
